	Dr. Deifik treated me for heavy periods that my PCP attributed
	to weight. Dr. D. assured me that there are many causes for
	heavy periods, but that one can not attribute them to weight -
	all size people have them. He has always treated me very well,
	never mentioning my 360 lbs unless I do.  He even, on one
	occasion, asked me if I would mind it if a med student examined
	me because she needed practice dealing with a large person. --
